We conduct CNPS surveys at regular intervals to obtain scores on various parameters based on customer experience regarding our services. The top-level management takes the feedback very seriously and analyses the verbatim shared by the customer to identify the root cause, whether it is on a particular job, concerning communication gaps or something else. We consolidate all feedback into a designated sheet and use this data for future analysis, improvements, and closing notes.

We follow Kaizen to encourage small, gradual improvements by involving people at all levels to improve effectiveness and quality. We conduct regular feedback sessions for the team on internal and external errors, identify underperformers and schedule TNI sessions to improve their understanding on weak areas. We believe in creating a problem-solving environment where people can think of solutions instead of staying stuck in problems.
